**Duties**

- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Lead content marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy for websites, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B marketing efforts and drive advertising sales.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and enhancing visual content.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends in e-commerce, performance marketing, and product management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with HTML and WordPress for website management is preferred.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing budgets and analyzing financial metrics related to marketing initiatives.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Pay: $67,634.92-$103,691.94 per year
