**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Content Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all written materials.
- ** Team Leadership & Development**
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of three content writers.
- Provide guidance on content best practices, storytelling techniques, and SEO optimization.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- ** Copywriting & Editing**
- Write and edit compelling copy for various marketing channels, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and brand alignment.
- Review and refine team members' work, maintaining high-quality standards.
- ** SEO & Performance Optimization**
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and content visibility.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the design, digital marketing, and sales teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and branding efforts with targeted content strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- ** Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role**, leading content teams.
- ** 5+ years of experience** in content marketing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in **SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing trends**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- ** French language proficiency is an asset.**:
