Right now, **we’re looking to add a part time Studio Coordinator to our team to work evenings and weekends.** We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of mental health and is excited to put their administrative experience to good use

Ready to join us? Okay, let’s talk about the **official stuff**:

- **Your General Responsibilities**:_
- Manages front desk, bookings and inquiries
- Support clients with matching to their best-fitting therapist
- Supports clients with payment, direct billing, scheduling, and app features
- Ensures client forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Contact clients who require follow up or reminders
- Be in regular communication with therapists and the studio team to ensure client booking, matching, and payment processes are going smoothly
- Stay up-to-date with studio updates and processes by attending team meetings or staying connected with the Studio Manager & Clinical Director
- Support with maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment
- **Your Skills**:_
- High School Diploma
- Experience working in office administration, healthcare, or customer service
- Interest in learning more about and promoting mental health
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to maintain confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication.

Considered A Plus:

- Certification in office or business administration studies or a healthcare-related field
- Completed courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g. suicide intervention training)

The hourly pay for this role is $20/hour.
