Passionate Hospitality Group is looking for a Front of the House Manager to add to our team at the Sherwood Park Curling Club.
**KEY TASKS**:
- Oversee all aspects of service including interacting with guests and resolving any customer issues.
- Oversees the production concession style foods according to standardized recipes and established food preparation procedures.
- Work with management to develop, implement and follow-up on all initiatives, standards and procedures.
- Hiring qualified employees.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating staff training.
- Utilize and train employees on POS.
- Supervising, coaching, developing and evaluating staff.
- Scheduling based on business needs.
- Labour cost control.
- Menu development input.
- Maintaining inventory levels, product ordering, ensures deliveries are verified and unsatisfactory product is refused.
- Ensures cleanliness of concession areas.
- Ensure compliance and documentation of all required certifications (First Aid, Food Safe etc.) for all employees.
- Ensure operations are in compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Observes, demonstrates and promotes safe work practices and procedures and that all incidents are reported.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have current ProServe certification.
- Food Safe certification is an asset.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Constant standing/walking.
- Forward stooping postures for 30-35 minutes at a given time.
- Occasional squatting, kneeling, bending.
- Constant hand usage.
- Able to lift up to 22.5kg (50lbs) occasionally and up to 8.9 kg (20lbs) frequently.
**SCHEDULE**:
- Evening shift (2pm to close)
- Days may vary from Sunday thru Friday
- Occasional Saturdays
- Part-time; seasonal
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings
- Weekend availability
