Project Leader for Renovations Company

Must be:
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects
- Knowledgable of Ontario Building codes
- Able to effectively communicate and ensure work is done correctly and on time
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage renovation and construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is a plus
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: $65,629.24-$85,000.00 per year
