Our service is in high demand and we are looking for experienced operators to fill our Full-time open positions. This position is available for salary pay and guaranteed hours every week, regardless of weather. This position in our company will come with perks and seniority as we expend larger every year.
Possibility of working in your community cutting down on travel time. At this time we are providing service to Blossom Park and surrounding communities, but we are expanding west and north when we find quality employees.

- **The following requirements must be met....**_
- Experience driving farm tractors with manual transmission on residential streets and driveways.
- Experience landscaping and operating heavy equipment.
- Must have a clean criminal and driving record.
- **2 different working seasons...**_
**May 1 - Oct 31**
- 3 day work week, Tuesday-Thursday. Extra hours and days optional. 4 day weekends every weekend. 7am start time.
- Vacation bookings available during this season.
- Landscaping and property maintenance work. Company truck provided.
- Responsible for starting and finishing work days alone or with a crew.
- Report only to the C.E.O.
**Winter Nov 1 - April 30**
- Responsible to work when called in, at the start time requested every storm / call in.
- In the event of no storms C.E.O. will determine if you get free money and no shifts or possibly get called into work for salary hours completing small tasks like maintenance on equipment or other make work projects.
- Responsible for equipment (JD 5090 or 6110)
- Responsible for completing list of residential driveways (sometimes twice in large storms) then removing plow pile after city clears the streets.
- Must be comfortable using tablets, cell phone or paper lists as well as communication throughout your shift.
- Must be comfortable driving large equipment (manual transmission) on city streets and private driveways.
- Must be dependable, reliable, hard working and positive attitude.
**Salary**: $20.00-$33.65 per hour
