**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Leverage both inbound leads and outbound activities through proactive and creative prospecting
- Source leads and generate a business pipeline
- Perform research to provide account insights and identify key stakeholders.
- Work Closely with internal teams to support the development of solutions to meet client’s needs
- Virtually showcase our software to prospective clients
- Work closely with the VP of Sales to identify and source prospective clients
- Understand the needs and goals of each client to best align them with the best solution
- Provide excellent customer service with each point of contact, and reach out multiple times to each lead to drive connection
- Immediately follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, Free Trial discussion)

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Able to work autonomously, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years’ previous experience in Sales or Marketing
- Must be a Francophone
- Previous experience in ecommerce business to consumer sales is an asset
- May have a degree in business, marketing or another related field
- Demonstrate professionalism & integrity with highly confidential & sensitive information;
- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office products.
- Must have effective interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience in transportation, operations or logistics an asset

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Exploiter à la fois les nouveaux clients et les activités de prospection de façon proactive et créative
- Effectuer des appels à froid ciblés, envoyer des courriels et faire d’autres activités de vente pour programmer des découvertes et des présentations
- Trouver des clients à contacter et créer un pipeline d’affaires
- Effectuer des recherches pour obtenir des informations sur les comptes et déterminer les principales parties prenantes.
- Travailler en étroite collaborationavec les équipes internes pour soutenir le développement de solutions répondant aux besoins des clients
- Présenter virtuellement notre logiciel à des clients potentiels
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le vice-président des ventes pour trouver des clients potentiels et conclure des ententes
- Comprendre les besoins et les objectifs de chaque client afin de leur proposer la meilleure solution possible
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à chaque point de contact, et contacter plusieurs fois chaque client potentiel pour établir une relation
- Faire un suivi immédiatauprès des clients potentiels afin d’organiser ou de faciliter un appel de vente (par exemple, devis, discussion au sujet d’un essai gratuit)

**COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, et à gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente ou le marketing
- Doit être francophone
- Une expérience préalable dans la vente de produits de commerce électronique aux consommateurs est un atout
- Peut être titulaire d’un diplôme en commerce, en marketing ou dans un autre domaine connexe
- Faire preuve de professionnalisme et d’intégrité avec des informations hautement confidentielles et sensibles;
- Solides compétences en informatique - produits Microsoft Office.
- Avoir des habiletés interpersonnelles efficaces et des compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Expérience dans le domaine du transport, des opérations ou de la logistique, un atout
