**Employment Opportunity: On-call Court Stenographer**

Preference will be given to applicants with English/French language capabilities and residents of Saint John or Fredericton.

**About the Position**

**Requirements**:
Travel will occasionally be required year-round primarily between Fredericton and Saint John and sometimes out-of-province or elsewhere in New Brunswick.

Must be reliable, punctual, professional, trustworthy, personable, able to maintain confidentiality, detail-oriented, and flexible. A high degree of flexibility is essential.

Experience using computers with video conferencing software, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, is a definite asset.

Some transcription may be required.

**Assets**:
French written and spoken

Prior legal experience

Valid Commissioner of Oaths

Experience with video conferencing software, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
