We currently have an opening in Mississauga, ON for a:
**Contracts Administrator**

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Provide assistance to the Project Manager and other site staff for specific project related requirements.
- Maintain the filing system for project correspondence and ensure filing is current.
- Follow-up receipt of the required documents from Subcontractors.
- Prepare draft of letters of invitation for preconstruction tenders.
- Prepare and issue Letter of Intents and Purchase Agreements based on agreed scope
- Prepare and issue Subcontracts based on signed and accepted Letters of Intent.
- Maintain master document control list for duration of design-build projects.
- Arrange printing, organize and distribute project documents to project team and preconstruction department at project start up.
- Create and maintain Master Document Control Log for Projects as required

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of High School education with administration, business, or accounting related courses.
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role.
- Strong computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:
This position is office based with occasional visits to job sites as needed.
