We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our **Brampton office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing driver behaviour to ensure road safety.
- Coaching drivers over the phone or calling them in person regarding their behavior analysis.
- Reporting High Risk drivers based on their behavior analysis
- Prepare weekly reports regarding driver coaching and trainings
- Coordinating with dispatch and driver trainers to ensure proper coaching and training
- Processing Video retrieval request from claims team
- Weekly meeting with Dashcam Vendor for any existing issues
- Coordinating with shop in case found any technical issue with the Dash cam.
- Audit Drivers HOS, support on queries of Drivers and other duties related to HOS
- Answer calls from drivers who have a maintenance issue with their equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule service (including vendors) and give an accurate start and completion time to the customer.
- Maintain contact with both the customers and vendors to ensure the repairs are completed in an orderly manner
- Communicate any service disruptions and route changes due to down equipment to dispatch

**Requirements**:

- Associates Degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years experience working in the Safety & Compliance Department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management with an ability to prioritize and delegate work amongst a group
- Computer proficiency - excellent MS Office skills, must be comfortable with new software and interfaces
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Available to work on some weekends
