**To thrive in this role, you should**:
Be based in or able to travel within the Montreal region to meet clients as needed.
Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients across Quebec and Canada.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, configure, and maintain Splunk environments (Enterprise, ES, ITSI).
Automate deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Develop dashboards, alerts, and correlation rules for incident detection and response.
Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to enhance observability and security posture.
Participate in incident analysis, troubleshooting, and propose continuous improvements.
Skills and profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
Proven experience with Splunk (Enterprise, ES, ITSI).
Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to interact with an international and English-speaking client base.
