Techso is growing We are looking for a motivated Splunk Administrator to contribute to SIEM initiatives and support our clients in complex technological environments.
**To excel in this role, you should**:
Be mobile within the Montreal area to meet with clients as needed.
Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.

**Responsibilities**:
Administer, configure, and maintain Splunk environments (Enterprise, ES, ITSI, etc.).
Design, develop, and optimize dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Participate in the architecture, deployment, and optimization of SIEM solutions.
Ensure platform performance, upgrades, and security.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to support event analysis and investigations.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
Contribute to automation efforts and integrate Splunk with other security tools.
Implement and manage network security controls (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS).
Monitor network traffic to detect anomalies and support incident response.
Perform basic administration of network environments (switches, routers, secure access).
Participate in the development and improvement of information security policies.
Skills & Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience in Splunk administration and configuration (Enterprise, ES, ITSI).
Hands-on experience with SIEM projects (design, deployment, optimization).
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, log management, and incident detection.
Practical experience in network administration (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, routing/switching).
Experience managing Linux/Windows systems.
**Asset**: scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on client projects.
