Jr Logistics Analyst

We are currently accepting resumes for a **Jr**. **Logistics Analyst** for our Logistics department located in Waterloo, Ontario.

The Jr. Logistics Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager, Customer service and Logistics and be responsible for acting as a liaison between external and internal customers such as sales, warehouse and logistics teams.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Responds to internal/external customers, such as sales and other department inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Review daily EMF reports and action as needed. ie: open orders, pricing discrepancies, shorts, or failed/missing EDI orders.
- Assist with packing sample products for US exports whenever possible.
- Assist in responding to consumer complaints received via phone/webmail as per current processes.
- Manage OS&Ds - providing dispositions, notifying appropriate parties, overall investigation, to requesting credits and claims to be processed through Finance department.
- Manage 3rd Party warehouse inventory
- Assist and/or to provide back up during vacation or unplanned absences in booking appointment requests for ERB, Costco, Walmart or Piller’s truck deliveries and others as needed.
- To assist and/or to provide back for logistics administrative functions such as scanning, filing or data entry when needed.

**Qualifications for this position include**:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English
- 3+ years previous experience in customer service and/or logistics/supply chain, preferably in a CPG environment
- 3+ years’ experience in logistics functions such as inventory management, processing OS&Ds, load building, booking appointments, carrier relations etc.
- Working experience in export/custom document preparation an asset
- 3+ years related ERP experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and adapt to fast changing needs
- People skills for collaborating with individuals and teams
