**Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
- Order, configure, deploy laptops and related equipment
- Effectively address and manage DTS support ticket queue
- Maintain and update Active Directory
- Work with HR to manage new employee onboarding and departure requirements

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- College or equivalent hands on experience, three or more years of directly related experience in dealing with end users.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent Mac experience skills
- Requires in depth knowledge of modern computer operating systems including Windows 11.
- Experience with workstation deployment technologies like Autopilot
- Requires experience with Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Knowledge and experience with Intune and JAMF
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills (English / French)

- Strong drive to understand and learn on the job.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision on internal projects, functional testing and analysis of requirements for new and existing services.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize based on business and operational needs.
- Excellent and proven communication (verbal and written) and consensus building skills.
- Security awareness.
- Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Must be detail-oriented with above average organization, planning and administrative skills.

**Location**:The position will be based out of our Waterloo, ON Canada office.
