**Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Estimating and Project Management Lead
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the estimating process
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze historical data and market trends to determine pricing strategies
- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and negotiate pricing as needed
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide updates as necessary
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in construction estimating

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in municipal Tenders and management of municipal projects (Is an asset)
- Knowledge of cement, ready mix and Aggregate equipment repair and installation
- Knowledge in HV and LV Electrical estimating and project management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (Is an asset)
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently from your home office
- Ability to visit job sites across Ontario as needed and work on site from time to time (All Travel expenses will be provided)

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
