**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
- Manage accounts and track expenses.
- Prepare and file taxes, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Maintain financial filing systems and assist with audits as required.
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding financial matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with payroll and tax procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
