**Now Hiring: Real Estate Video Editor (Part-Time or Full-Time)**:

Reshot Production Inc. is a growing, energetic real estate media company based in Victoria, and we’re looking for a talented **Video Editor** to join our team If you love telling stories through video, have a strong visual sense, and are excited to work on high-quality real estate content — we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is either already editing real estate videos or is eager to learn and grow in this space. Experience with **Final Cut Pro** is a big plus, but if you use a different platform and have a strong portfolio, we’re open to exploring

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong editing skills with **Final Cut Pro** (or willingness to transition to it)
- Previous experience with real estate or commercial editing is an asset
- A strong visual style, attention to detail, and great sense of pacing
- Portfolio that includes real estate videos or other cinematic storytelling work
- Interest in working directly with videographers and the creative team
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must be able to **work from our Victoria office** and collaborate in person

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit real estate video projects, social media and events, podcasts (listing, open house, lifestyle, promo)
- Collaborate with videographers and team members on project flow and delivery
- Organize and sort raw footage, sync audio, color correct, add music and titles
- Maintain consistency with brand style while bringing creative flair to each edit
- Take feedback constructively and make timely revisions
- Must have a solid understanding of **masking techniques**, as they are essential for transitions, cuts, and color grading — this is very important for us
- Occasionally assist with studio-based video shoots or social media content
