Restaurant Supervisor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food handling processes.
- Utilize POS systems (including Micros POS) for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain compliance with food safety standards.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain quality control in food presentation and taste.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in supervising teams, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is essential.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, as well as barista experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
