The Nooks is currently hiring part time Retail Sales & Customer Experience Representative to join our Oshawa Centre Team

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Ensure our customers have a positive and lasting impression of their experience at The Nooks
- Welcoming, engaging and connecting with our customers in-store
- Learning about makers’ products and sharing your expertise with customers
- Assisting customers locate and select products and by making customer specific suggestions to encourage product purchases
- Resolving issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner
- Processing point of sale transactions quickly and accurately
- Staying current, understanding and communicates The Nooks policies and well as the wide range of services and events offered
- Ensuring the store is visually appealing contributes to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays

RETAIL SALES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- Must have experience with, and be comfortable using, a variety of computer software programs.
- 3+ years experience in sales, retail, or customer service environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
