What You’ll do
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
- Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
- Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
- Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Advise customers of the benefits of the Privilege Card program
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Elevate the Shopping Experience
- Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to provide assistance and drive sales
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell items
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Multitask between assisting customers and completing operational tasks

**Requirements**:

- Strong selling skills with a proven track record
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales and technology products
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
