**We are **a well-established and one of BC's largest independent real estate companies located in Vancouver and we are excited to bring on an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team.
- **Position**: IT Helpdesk Technician
- **Reports to**: IT Manager
- **Work Hours**: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (Full time)
- **Location**: Vancouver, BC

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain system inventory / LAN documentation
- Act as the single point of contact for realtors and all their service requests
- Download/install software and upgrades, drivers on staff/resource workstations
- Logs queries in the ticketing system, refer issues to the appropriate person in the company and follow up to ensure resolution
- Conduct ongoing end-user training
- Create training materials if needed
- On-site repairs of company-owned printers, PCs, and other peripherals
- Assist the Network Administrator with projects
- Installation of network printers on PC and MACs
- Carry out in general other duties and responsibilities that are consistent with the qualification of the position.
- Will be required to travel to different offices in BC to provide on-site support for staff/realtors (Travel mileage will be reimbursed)

**Skill and Qualification**:

- Technical college certificate or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years experience in Help-desk support capacity
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of troubleshooting both local and network printers in addition to PC and MACs.
- Ability to analyze issues and determine the best course of action using available resources
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products / Office 365 administration, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and MAC OS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical problems and solutions to end-users
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and work under pressure.
- Comfortable working on backend equipment (ie, servers/networking gear)
- Ability to lift 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
