Business Development Representative

Endurance Technologies is looking for a results-driven **Business Development Representative** to grow our market share in the **Oil & Gas** sector across the **United States** and/or **international markets**. This remote role is ideal for a sales professional with technical knowledge, a strong client network, and a passion for delivering value in complex environments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in tubular product sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
- Prepare quotes, bid packages, and detailed sales reports.
- Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Keep CRM (e.g., Salesforce) records up to date and submit weekly activity reports.
- Uphold company standards in quality management and health & safety.
** What We’re Looking For**
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience in premium product sales and client presentations.
- Comfortable working in both the United States and international markets.
- Professional, solution-focused communicator and collaborator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Additional language skills are an asset.
** Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Established sales network in the oil and gas industry.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (25-50% monthly).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a Level 1 Fit-for-Work Exam and drug and alcohol screening.
** Working Conditions**
- This is a remote U.S.based role, with the position located in Houston, TX.
- The role connects virtually to our Canadian head office and collaborates closely with the Calgary-based team.
- When not traveling, this role operates from a professional home office environment using standard office equipment.
