**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Student Administrative Assistant to ensure the effective management of academic programs and enhance student and parent satisfaction. This role involves acting as a key liaison between students, parents, and the school administration. Ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, the position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all academic administrative functions at the campus to enhance student and parent satisfaction.
- Organize and schedule daily academic activities and courses, and manage the collection and processing of educational materials.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with students and parents to develop long-term, stable, and positive relationships.
- Support course consultants by arranging visits for prospective clients or providing consultation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the campus environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in various office software and social media platforms.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to handle pressure; high personal standards.
- Willingness to learn, goal-oriented, and a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Positions available on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
