If you are a talented and experienced Manager of Operations & Sales, Lucy & Louis has the right opportunity for you The manager will manage and ensure successful day-to-day operations of the business as well as significantly grow the business. The manager will be responsible to lead the execution of the business plan and new business strategy for their diagnostic division and will identify emerging gaps or opportunities in the marketplace, direct and oversee the employees, including hiring, training, and motivating the staff.

**Nature & Scope**:
Reporting to the President, the Store Manager creates and maintains the Lucy & Louis experience for our customers and employees. Key to this role is leadership building, succession planning and coaching. The Store Manager is responsible for planning and acting in accordance with Lucy & Louis guiding principles and beliefs.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Achieve store sales budgets through execution of company standards, policies and procedures while exceeding customers' expectations through superior service at every opportunity
- Provides ongoing selling skills coaching and development based on each staff member's individual strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve their personal sales goals
- Establishes appropriate action plans to improve each Lucy & Louis's performance and productivity
- Ensures that customer loyalty is built and maintained by providing the ultimate kid's playroom and hair salon experience and by resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and positive manner
- Demonstrates the ability to lead by example in sales and customer service

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- 1 + years related experience in an environment for kids
- Leadership skills: demonstrated through KPI results, retention & performance coaching principles
- Experience with visual planning and event planning for kids.
- Demonstrated sales achievements.
- Proactivity in situations that require fast change and adaptation
- Experience managing budgets and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously while staying composed.
- Must possess excellent communication (both oral and written in French & English), leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Organization, planning and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
- Strong team-building skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
