**Responsabilités**:

- Diriger l’équipe et assurer une ambiance de travail positive.
- Offrir un service client exceptionnel tout en participant aux tâches quotidiennes, y compris la création artistique de barbe à papa.
- Gérer les horaires, la formation et le rendement du personnel.
- Superviser les stocks, les commandes et les opérations journalières.
- Effectuer les transactions en caisse et assurer l’exactitude des ventes.
- Maintenir les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
- Contribuer activement au développement et au succès du magasin.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience préalable en gestion dans la vente au détail ou en restauration.
- Leadership naturel, attitude positive et excellentes compétences en communication.
- **Transport fiable requis** (des déplacements occasionnels entre magasins ou pour des achats peuvent être nécessaires).
- Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Intérêt pour un environnement festif, créatif et en contact direct avec les clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the team and maintain a positive, engaging store environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while actively participating in daily store activities, including cotton candy art creation.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Oversee inventory, restocking, and daily operations.
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy.
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Play a key role in the growth and success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management experience in retail or food service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a positive, hands-on approach.
- **Reliable transportation is required** (occasional supply runs or shift coverage between stores may be needed).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
