The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for the development and execution of both existing and new business revenue growth through managing existing customers and the expansion and creation of new B2B channel accounts. The role will report to the Director of B2B Sales - North America Division. The role will focus on growing existing customers while establishing and developing new incremental customers and business in the targeted B2B channels. Experience and connections with Multi-Family builders, Academic Colleges and Universities, Corporations, Offices, Hotels and FF&E companies is highly desired. This role will work collaboratively across all key departments including sales, finance, operations, marketing and product management.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Growing exiting accounts while creating and establishing new B2B channel customers. At the same time working closely with the head of the B2B sales division and various key internal colleagues to drive success
- Execute against a top target list of identified B2B accounts and channel segments to secure them as new customers and markets for Danby
- Work to launch new product lines for Danby within both existing and new channels
- Be a product knowledge champion to provide key recommendations across all opportunities and to work closely with category managers, sales, and marketing
- Help develop and manage the effective use of CRM tools and processes to ensure accurate tracking of data to build a solid and growing database of customer contact
- Prepare weekly updates and market feedback to share across departments. The updates will also be used to track progress against assigned sales goals
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude to focus on doing the right thing and represent the company in a professional manner focused on long term success

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Experience across multiple channels. B2B is preferred
- Experience/connections with Builder, K-12 ,FF&E, Office and Hospitality markets desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- CRM experience is an asset
- A team player who understands how to drive and deliver the desired results
- Proven ability to develop and grow long term customer engagement and trust

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
