Technicians have the ability to earn a 15% increase per hour of pay retroactive to all hours sold in the pay period conditional upon certain metrics being exceeded.

**Job Overview**:
As a 310S Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every Volvo vehicle that comes through our doors receives the highest level of care and attention. Your technical prowess and passion for problem-solving will shine as you diagnose, repair, and service a range of Volvo models. **Qualifications**:
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems

Strong diagnostic understanding and history

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
