**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Respond to internet inquiries in a professional manner in order to book in-store sales appointments.
- Assist customers with vehicle selection.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers.
- Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
- Provide vehicle demonstrations highlighting the industry-leading technologies that Volvo offers in their vehicles.
- Present lease and finance offer based on the client's wants and needs.
- Overcome objections and negotiate with clients.
- follow-up with clients both pre
- and post-sale.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management.

Qualifications:

- You must possess a valid OMVIC license and a valid class G driver's license.
- You have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and staff (verbal and written)
- You are detailed oriented, organized, and can work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You pride yourself on being a product knowledge specialist/expert who can sell the true value of both the vehicle and the dealership and can easily tailor their selling approach based on the clientele.
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take direction and positive feedback to ensure a smooth and client-friendly transaction.
