WDC Disability Tax Specialist Inc. is seeking to hire a Client Services Representative

What you will do
- In this role you will have client consultations booked for you daily, you must be able to effectively and efficiently manage your own schedule and execute duties, while juggling various tasks. You will work with financial/confidential data that will need to be analyzed, organized, etc. Working closely with other members of our team, you must have the ability to communicate effectively with employees as well as clients.

Primary responsibilities will include
- Client consultations
- Tracking/managing your schedule and clientele
- Listen to clients needs and assess situations accordingly
- Build long lasting relationships with clients

Other Duties will include but not limited to
- Administrative tasks
- Various tasks as directed

- Proficient with Sage 50/ Office 365

Experience
- Customer service and/or admin experience
- Experience managing own clientele
- Experience/knowledge of canadian tax system is an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Experience in any related sales field is an asset

Full time (35-40 hours per week)

Starting salary: $15-18 (Depending on Experience)

Start date: To be determined
