**Customer Service Representative Needed at MotorHub Automotive Group**:

As a Customer Service Representative at one of our dealerships, you will be responsible for creating great first impressions and guiding the customers through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. You will be an integral part of a strong group of professionals that work together to continuously find new ways to improve the experience of our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Foster excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring that customers are fully satisfied through every interaction with the service department
- Execute all tasks with due diligence and customer service and safety in mind
- Guide customers through service processes by addressing customer needs, responding to any complaints, scheduling appointments, advising customers on estimated costs of service and repairs, and explaining the nature of the service and repairs
- Ensure all documentation/paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Highly motivated and able to guide customers through every step of the service process in a timely manner
- Ability to build relationships and politely interact with costumers both in person and on the phone
- Knowledge of the automotive service and repairs process and dealership experience an asset
