**Project Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and facilitate website planning and execution
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation issues as needed
- Manage and update website content, including text, images and other media
- Ensure website meets user experience, accessibility and SEO best practices
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to ensure a streamlined Presence Website building and implementation process. Departments include (but are not limited to) WordPress Developers, QA Testers, SEO Specialists and Product Managers
- Track and report progress to key stakeholders ensuring that effective and constant communication with the customer is maintained and that all bottlenecks are minimized throughout the process funnel
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide support as needed
- Train and support website contributors and editors
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
- Stay up to date on product information, processes and procedures
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to website development and management
**Project Coordinator Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success/Support role
- Experience in website management or a related role
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ReactJS)
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with SEO tools and best practices
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Products and Sketch
- Customer oriented, personable, and able to adapt to several types of customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Experience working with CRM and incident management software (Zoho and JIRA)
- Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
