**About Us**:
Elevation Athletics is seeking passionate coaches to join our team. We are dedicated to fostering talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players of all ages.
**Position Overview**:
We are looking for experienced pickleball coaches to lead high-level coaching clinics focused on strategy, skill development, and drills all over Ontario. The instructor will deliver advanced training sessions designed to enhance members' skills and elevate their game. This role emphasizes a serious and professional approach to coaching, fostering growth and improvement across various areas of play. Commuting to various areas on designated days will be required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Ensure players' safety during sessions, clinics and matches.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous youth or adult coaching experience.
- Strong understanding of techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and patience.
**Experience**:
- Coaching Certification (preferred)
- First aid (preferred)
- Previous Coaching experience
- Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)
