Position: Warehouse/Service Manager

Job Description: We are on the lookout for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Service Manager. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves ensuring top-tier service delivery, this role might be the perfect fit for you

As our Warehouse/Service Manager, you’ll lead the charge in managing our Service Associate Team and Warehouse staff. You’ll ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly, jobs and employees are scheduled with precision, and any hiccups are resolved with ease—all while keeping the gears of our operation running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the Service and Warehouse teams.
- Assign jobs and tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Supervise warehouse staff to guarantee timely completion of their tasks.
- Assist customers by providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability via our CRM system. (No worries, we’ll provide the training)
- Keep customers updated on supply orders and job status with prompt, clear communication.
- Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OHS regulations.
- Stay on top of inventory and quality control for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Education: High school diploma or post-secondary certificate.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or management is preferred but not a dealbreaker.
- Skills:
◦ Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (training provided).

◦ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: Open for discussion based on experience and qualifications

- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 15-minute break).

**Location**:

- Ability to commute/relocate to 70 Crane Lake Drive, Beechville, NS B3S 1B4.

License/Certification:

- Valid Driver’s License required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
