**What Your Day Will Look Like**

As a **Warehouse Associate**, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, and that our wide range of products are delivered efficiently and on time.

**Hours**: Full time. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

**Work Location**: Bishop's Cellar Warehouse - 3607 Strawberry Hill Street.

**What You'll Be Responsible For**

**Inventory Management & Order Fulfillment**
- Accurately receive, label, and store incoming goods.
- Pick customer orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

**Safety & Compliance**
- Follow company guidelines for product handling, storage, and quality control.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jackets, and hand tools.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

**Teamwork & Continuous Improvement**
- Work effectively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.
- Provide support during peak operational periods, including overtime when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance job skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and share suggestions with supervisors.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is considered an asset. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is considered an asset._
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (weighing up to 40lb) safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service

Must be **19 years or older**. Position requires **Criminal Records Check Completion.**
