**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER - In-Office**

**Qualifications**:

- Self-confident with a high degree of professionalism with a minimum of 10 years of experience in an office environment.
- Must be extremely well organized, meticulous and accurate with fail proof follow up.
- High energy, flexible, adaptable with a positive attitude; willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
- Ability to handle varied tasks quickly, resolve issues and work with minimum supervision.
- Have excellent English language oral and written skills. Accurate proofreading is key.
- Some knowledge of legal documents i.e. Board Minutes and Resolutions is an asset.
- Advanced skill with Microsoft Office. We use a cloud based system and experience with this is an asset.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and diplomacy.
- EA support to President and mínimal administrative support to office staff of 4
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: strategically organize meetings and events to align with priorities, goals, and objectives which are collectively set and agreed upon with yourself and the President.
- Communication Support: Prepare, draft, proofread, edit and execute business correspondence.
- Planning & Executing Meetings: Setting up virtual and in-person meetings including Board Meetings, transcribing meeting minutes.
- Travel arrangement and expense management for approximately 25 trips per year.
- Prepare or review banking requests and wire transfers with follow through for completion.
- Support to various accounting professionals for document and information assembly.
- Prepare presentations and arrange and track meeting activity relating to sponsorship requests for annual car show
- Aid in construction of Electronic Board Books for distribution to Board of Directors semi-annually.
- General office management including but not limited to: office maintenance requests to the building; equipment management with the retained services; maintain office and supplies;
- Petty cash management
- Maintain office physical and electronic filing system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
