In this role, you will**: - Develop and optimize NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction within chatbots and virtual assistants. - Analyze chatbot conversations and user interactions to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. - Build and evaluate machine learning models to improve chatbot performance and personalize user experiences. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate Conversational AI solutions into existing systems. - Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Conversational AI technologies. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
