Do you create meaningful, and strong client relationships to assist them in a professional, friendly way? **Typical Day in the Role**: - Responsible for contract management activities for contingent labor, administer hire/renewal requests within the various systems (Fieldglass, Ariba, Coupa), review financials/funding/invoicing, and evaluate statement of work engagements. - Research and evaluate requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, and other relevant factors.Review bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determines acceptable bids. - Provides bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other exhibits as necessary. - Requests or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts. - Advises relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations. - Monitor contract assignments for upcoming renewal dates, spend, and invoicing errors. - Monitor valid contracts within a given period, extract time reports from PPM Clarity system, match time reports to contract based on the Investment Names and SID. - Provide Vendor with time reporting data if required. - Validate invoices have accurate information from the vendor - resource, contract, time period, funding source - Provides Project and Hiring Managers with status and issue. - Monitor and track approvals through contract and invoice payment to ensure timely turnaround. - Manage database for tracking invoices and link to FIS, PPM and Fieldglass - Data Analysis - extract data from multiple sources for validation and tracking " **Do you want to join a forward-thinking organization surrounded by a collaborative, engaged team?** **Job Responsibilities you are training for**: - Contract and COB - review, update tracking log and creation in CMS - Funding review/approval for Fieldglass/CMS - Respond to Inbox inquires - Follow up on in flight contracts - Database entry - Action denials from Finance - Vendor invoice validation - Fieldglass invoice investigations - Rejected Invoice follow up - Invoice Status Request - CA closure requests - FIS report issues **We're looking for you** **The skills you have that will amplify you in this role include**: - Experience with contract management systems - Excel (including Vlookups & Pivot tables) - Financial management (experience with cost allocation, invoicing, funding management) - Understanding of resource management, workforce management, and/or contingent labor. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related field - FI/Banking Industry experience is desirable **Requirements**: - Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit. - Strong oral/written communication skills. - Willing to receive comprehensive training to learn and develop new and/or existing skills to provide client services. - Basic education in Computer Science related certificate or work experience, Diploma or Degree. “Posted pursuant to Scotiabank’s Special Program under the Employment Equity Act and Canadian Human Rights Act.” - #LI- Hybrid - #scotiatechnology Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Toronto Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
