**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional looking to enter the tech-finance industry? Do you want to collaborate with an engaging team?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Remote/Hybrid IT Vendor Relation Support** in **Toronto**

As an integral member of our support team, you'll be responsible for contract management activities for contingent labour and administer hire/renewal requests within various systems such as Fieldglass, Ariba, and Coupa. Additionally, you'll be reviewing financials/funding/invoicing and evaluating statement of work engagements. You'll be researching and evaluating requirements of suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, and reviewing bids from suppliers for conformity to contract requirements and determine desirable bids.

**More of your responsibilities include**:

- Request and approve amendments to or extensions of contracts and advise relevant departments of contractual rights and obligations
- Monitor contract assignments for upcoming renewal dates, spend, and invoicing errors
- Monitor valid contracts within a given period, extract time reports from PPM Clarity system, match time reports to contract based on the Investment Names and SID
- Monitor and track approvals through contract and invoice payment to ensure timely turnaround
- Manage database for tracking invoices and link to FIS, PPM and Fieldglass
- Data Analysis - extract data from multiple sources for validation and tracking

- CA closure requests
- FIS report issues

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Eager to receive holistic training to learn and develop new and/or existing skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a relevant field OR related work experience
