**Your Role**:
If you’re dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences with state-of-the-art technology and enhancing patient care through exceptional service and sales, we want to hear from you Computer literacy, meticulous attention to detail, and sales acumen are essential, as our practice employs computerized billing, invoicing, and inventory control.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Secondary school diploma
- Knowledge and competency in OHIP and third-party billing
- Accuracy in patient billing and invoicing
- Familiarity with contact lens inventory management and ordering
- Ability to provide contact lens instructions
- Understanding of optometric terminology
- Proven sales skills and experience in promoting products and services
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment to participating in routine staff training outside regular office hours

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CCAO certification
- Knowledge of all technical aspects of patient pre-screening
- Ability to perform minor adjustments and assist with frame selection when needed (cross-over skills)
