We are a well known and loved bubble tea franchise located in Mississauga, City Centre. We are looking for friendly individuals capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and able to offer exceptional customer service.

We offer flexible work schedules, training, and a fun environment to work. We take staff and customer health and safety very seriously by following guidance from public Health to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We have both full time and part time positions available.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Mixing bubble tea, smoothie, specialty drinks
- Input orders into POS, process sale, handle cash
- Routine cleanliness and maintenance
- Preparing tea and various toppings
- Experience or understanding of great customer service
- Punctual
- Energetic and passionate about tea
- Able to work in a team
- Good communication

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or other (Asset)
