Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Prepare our full menu of quality beverages, toppings and desserts by adhering to company standard operating procedures

Operate POS, credit card/debit card and delivery app terminals

Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock from storage and assisting with inventory orders when needed

Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store

Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines and COVID standards and protocols

May be required to lift and carry up to 25 kg

Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills in person and on phone - polite, efficient and great attitude

Quick learner, strong organizational skills, team player and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, pro-active, problem solver and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision

Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues

Act with integrity and honesty

Prior Retail, Food and/or Customer Service experience an asset

Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with the food industry and food handling regulations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
