This position reports to our Corporate Controller.

Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a **Junior Accounts Receivable Clerk **to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Finance Office in Edmonton, Alberta. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America's largest retailers.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Pull deduction backup from customer portals.
- Obtain approvals on customer deductions where needed.
- Post customer credits to clear deductions.
- Prepare customer deposits for posting.
- Lot track all outgoing sales orders according to Bill of Lading's provided by the warehouses.
- Assist with any other AR functions as necessary and support our finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in an office environment.
- Post-secondary education in related field.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Experienced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
