**Details**: Temporary, Days, 32.50 hours per week, 3-week rotating schedule (This is a temporary position that is expected to end on or before August 21, 2025)
**Schedule**:
**Week 1**: 8:00AM to 4:00PM Friday, Monday; 11:30AM to 7:30PM Saturday, Sunday
**Week 2**: 8:00AM to 4:00PM Friday, Thursday; 7:30AM to 3:30PM Monday, Tuesday; 11:30AM to 7:30PM Wednesday
**Week 3**: 7:30AM to 3:30PM Saturday, Sunday; 10:30AM to 6:30PM Tuesday; 8:00AM to 4:00PM Wednesday
**Pay Scale**: $19.05 - $23.10 per hour
**Location**: Sakaw Terrace, 5815 Mill Woods Road South, Edmonton AB, T6L 0B1
**Typical Food Services Duties**: Food preparation, baking, portioning and labeling food, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, dishwashing, preparing meals, beverages, sandwiches, salads and snacks, peeling and chopping vegetables, assisting with meal services and beverages, and other site-specific duties as assigned.
**Typical Housekeeping Duties**: Cleaning hallways and common areas, disinfecting, floor care, laundry, folding bed linens, towels, blankets, bedspreads and restocking supply areas, dealing with resident issues and emergencies as required, and other site-specific duties as assigned. In addition, this position will also assist with meal service in the dining room.
**Experience/Education Preferences**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are required
- Experience in food preparation and baking is an asset
- Experience as a server in a dining room is preferred
- Experience performing commercial housekeeping and floor care is an asset

**Other Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful manner
- Ability to read and follow standard recipes and work in a sanitary manner
- Ability to demonstrate responsible judgement in problem solving
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
