Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our for a temporary mandate of 6 months. You will join a team of 6 colleagues in talent acquisition and work in close partnership with one of them in order to find talent for various roles for our stores, distribution center and regional office.

Qualifications

First and foremost, we are looking for a person who is passionate about recruitment and people You need to have a university degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition. You also need to easily build and develop solid relationships that allow you to identify, attract and engage a talent community for our current and future needs. Your proactivity and creativity will help you target the best approach to find the talent we are looking for
