Roofing Subcontractor

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled Subcontractors to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing various slopped roofing projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks such as tear off, clean up, and shingle applicating.
- Carpentry skill set required for potential re-sheeting or fascia removal and installation
- Utilize hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Ensure all work is completed according to specifications and regulations
- Utilization of pneumatic tools required for shingling and sheeting.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience with roof installation, carpenter, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in fall arrest, supervising for safety.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle hand tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay will not be hourly, will be by the square rate per job. Subcontractor must have valid and good standing WCB.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
