**Aztek Solar Ltd**, is seeking an experienced Lead Solar Installer. This position is best suited for a person that has a minimum of 2 years installing Solar Photovoltaic systems in both residential and commercial settings. You should have previous experience in a leadership role, such as a foreman, supervisor, or a team lead. Having a positive attitude and prioritizing safety is a must
- **Key Requirements**:_
- Top notch customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills to manage jobs and inventory.

- Solar Photovoltaic Panel Installation
- **Physical Requirements**:_
- Comfortable working on roofs at various heights & slopes.
- Ability to make multiple trips up & down a ladder.
- Ability to lift, squat, pull, and carry up to 60lbs.
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks such as kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, lifting, and crouching.
- Working in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable in attics and crawlspaces.
- **Job Duties**:_
- Review job details to create an installation plan.
- Assist with ordering and tracking inventory for each job.
- Offer support, coaching, and training to co-workers.
- Supervise a work crew of 3-5 installers.
- Install racking, inverters, and other PV solar components.
- Delegate various tasks and follow up to make sure they are completed.
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Manage each stage of the installation and ensure completed work will pass required inspections.
- Communicate with the office and other subcontractors.
- Maintain thorough documentation of installations including photographs, sticker maps, and other as required.
- Other duties may be assigned as you grow with the role.
- **Compensation**:_
- $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
