Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, and it allows kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. **About the job**:
This position is hybrid (3 days in the office).

**About you**:
You want to work in a small team solving a big problem. You are excited by the prospect of revolutionizing multiple industries. You can juggle many tasks simultaneously. You are detail-oriented and love asking why many times till you understand something from first principles.

**What you'll do**:

- Coordinate various marketing projects, including road show events or on site trails in our office in Mississauga.
- Manage event schedules and ongoing communication with clinics and families interested in Trexo devices.
- Handle day-to-day event administration, such as scheduling trials, assessments, RSVP tracking, travel planning, and issue resolution.
- Conduct market research to contribute to a customer-facing database with information on topics such as clinical research and financing options.
- Contribute to YouTube video creation by brainstorming ideas, coordinating filming schedules, and supporting video editing and publication.
- Assist in the creation of promotional images, graphics, and digital assets for marketing materials and event promotions.
- Help design and manage orders of promotional materials, including invitations, company swag, posters, and banners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in-person events, ensuring cohesive planning and seamless execution across departments.
- Manage content on our website.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with good judgment, excellent service delivery skills, and a commitment to quality.

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience roadshows, or product trials is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Notion.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
