Marketing Coordinator:
To ensure success, marketing coordinators should be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. While an expansive background in marketing is not necessary, the coordinator should have business acumen and a keen interest in marketing principles, events and communications.

Role Responsibilities include:

- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing plans including print, social and digital
- Assisting with the creation of creative assets including the coordination of photoshoots and videoshoots as well as pre-production and post-production requirements
- Help to coordinate multiple national and international events, including but not limited to event logistics, event assets, swag, and the maintaining of the event calendar
- Creation and editing of light content (social/blog/digital)
- Assist in the creation, editing and proliferation of PR opportunities and press releases
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities or media coverage
- Setup and maintaining of metric tracking systems for marketing campaigns and create reports
- Internal communication: coordination of people management for projects deliverables
- Asset management: the setting up and maintenance of organizational systems for storing of creative assets on shared drives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Role Requirements include:

- No marketing/communications background needed although an asset
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- A keen eye for design and detail
- Strong organizational skills
- A high-level of business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Previous writing or designing experience an asset
- Knowledge of CMS tools an asset

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
