**Position Overview**:
***As a member of the Professional Services team you will work within a project team to help implement our Merchandising solution. You will help define and document the requirements, assist in mapping the business processes and participate in the design preparation and execution of the test plan, and implement the solution.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert customer service and build client relationships
- Learn and assist to configure, document, test & deliver our Merchandising solution
- Learn to be a respected as an authoritative source on a narrowly defined functional domain, but remains generally knowledgeable regarding broad industry segments
- Help deliver comprehensive end-user training & support to business and technical users of all levels
- Work in an Agile environment where multiple projects, or other deliverables happen concurrently

**Qualifications**:

- Self-starter a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skill with focus on time management
- BA: Business/Supply Chain or related degree
- Travel: Ability to travel 40-50% of the time

**Prefered Skills & Experience**:

- Any experience in retail is a plus

Qualifications:

- Autonome une attitude proactive
- Solides compétences en communication et en multitâche avec un accent sur la gestion du temps
- BA : Commerce/Supply Chain ou diplôme connexe
- Voyage : Capacité de voyager de 40 à 50 % du temps
- Emplacement : Atlanta ou Montréal de préférence, mais une télécommande est disponible
