**Your Role as Functional Consultant**:
Functional Consultants play a pivotal role in helping WorkJam’s customers and partners achieve their desired outcomes by maximizing the functionality and value of our software. Consultants proactively guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring seamless configuration that optimizes their usage of the platform. With strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of WorkJam’s offerings, Functional Consultants are integral in helping customers unlock the full potential of their software investment. Functional Consultants challenge the status quo and seek innovative solutions that lead to internal and external success.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Becoming an expert in the functionality and solutions that the WorkJam product offers customers in a variety of industries.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their business processes, objectives, and unique needs at both the enterprise level and at the day-to-day level of the frontline workforce.
- Documenting requirements, workflows, and solutions tailored to achieve customer goals.
- Developing and executing effective testing strategies to ensure optimal configuration, performance and usage.
- Providing comprehensive training to key functional stakeholders that details the alignment of configuration and usage with the organization’s goals.
- Prescribing best practices that drive user enagement and rollout planning to setup strong user adoption and ongoing growth with the platform.
- Offering ongoing support to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of the product configuration and strategy used in implementation projects.
- Supporting third-party integration efforts to aid in creating comprehensive solutions for customers.
- Facilitating complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, which includes a tailored approach to meet specific client needs and defining strategic objectives as necessary.
- Analyzing complex data and scenarios to summarize and present educated recommendations in a compelling way.

**What we're looking for**:

- 4+ years in a customer facing, account management or implementation role at a SaaS company is highly valued.
- 2+ years driving projects and meetings remotely.
- Business Analyst experience is highly valued.
- Expertise in workforce management, digital media, digital content is highly valued.
- Experience with integrating & enabling workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred.
- Experience working with UKG solutions are highly valued.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Technical mindset with understanding of software implementation concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting instincts.
- Ability to perform and achive results through high-pressure periods.
- Flexibility to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Proven ability to analyze, document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical parties.
- University or college degree.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
